2026 Fall Structure & Rules
Structure –
T-ball – Majors games begin August 10th – September 26th
· Prep ages may begin earlier
· All Teams will be formed via:
o Tball-Majors – Coaches Kid Freeze + Random “hat pick”
§ Tball & Rookie “Play With” requests will be honored
o Prep – 6 Freezes
· Games at Ron Wood will be Monday – Wednesday
o Rainouts/Reschedules may be on Thursday’s
Fall is a developmental season -
· Emphasize development
· Game Changer will be used to track pitch counts and rotation
· Prep (13 – 18u) will be played through Wasatch Baseball League
· T-Ball – Majors will be played intraleague (WJBL Only)
· No standings will be kept
· T-ball – Rookie
o All standard spring rules
· PeeWee 7
o One inning of player pitch from 38’ away with Coaches/Machine Save
§ If pitcher throws 4 balls, before a hit or three strikes, Offensive coach will throw 3 pitches. Batter will either hit or be out.
§ Batter cannot strike out on a foul ball.
o Each Pitcher can face a maximum of 6 batters
o 1st inning half will end after offensive team completes their full lineup
o Remainder of game will be machine pitch per and follow all other PW7 rules
· PeeWee 8
o No stealing of home
o Pitching mound will be set at 40’
o ‘Coaches Save’ will be in effect – No walks
§ If pitcher throws 4 balls, before a hit or three strikes, Offensive coach will throw 2 pitches. Batter will either hit or be out.
§ Batter cannot strike out on a foul ball.
· PeeWee 8 – Majors
o Each recorded pitcher is limited to one inning per game
o Half innings will consist of 3 defensive outs or 6 batters
§ Half inning ends the moment:
· 3rd out is recorded
· The moment the 6th batters count reaches 4 called balls
· Majors Only
o Balks will be called, not enforced but educated
